Payment Policy

(Applicable to Domestic & International Group and Customized Trips)

1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking will be confirmed only upon receipt of the prescribed booking amount communicated by Gotrip Official.
  • Bookings are processed on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.
  • No reservation of seats, hotels, flights, or other travel services is guaranteed until the required payment is received.

2. Payment Schedule

Unless otherwise specified in writing, payments shall be made as follows:

  • Booking Amount: As communicated at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.
  • Second Installment: As per the payment schedule shared by Gotrip Official.
  • Final Balance: Must be paid on or before the due date communicated by Gotrip Official and, in all cases, before the commencement of the trip.

For certain departures, promotional offers, or international packages, Gotrip Official may require a different payment schedule, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Accepted Payment Methods

Payments can be made through:

  • UPI
  • NEFT / RTGS / IMPS Bank Transfer
  • Credit Card / Debit Card (where available)
  • Payment Gateway Links issued by Gotrip Official
  • Cash (only at the registered office against an official receipt)

4. Payment Confirmation

  • Travellers must share the transaction reference number or payment screenshot after completing the payment.
  • A payment acknowledgment will be issued by Gotrip Official after successful verification.

5. International Trips

  • Certain international bookings may require higher advance payments due to airline, hotel, visa, or supplier policies.
  • Visa fees, travel insurance, foreign exchange charges, and applicable taxes must be paid as per the timelines communicated.
  • Any increase in supplier costs, exchange rates, government taxes, or visa-related charges after booking may be payable by the traveller.

6. Non-Payment & Default

  • Failure to pay any installment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.
  • Cancellation charges, if applicable, will be governed by Gotrip Official’s Cancellation Policy.
  • Gotrip Official reserves the right to release reserved services if payments are not received within the specified timeline.

7. Price Revision

  • Package prices are subject to revision before booking confirmation due to changes in taxes, fuel costs, transportation fares, exchange rates, or supplier pricing.
  • After confirmation, any mandatory government levy or supplier-imposed increase beyond Gotrip Official’s control may be charged to the traveller.

8. Secure Payments

  • Payments must be made only to the official bank account, UPI ID, or payment links provided by Gotrip Official.
  • Gotrip Official shall not be responsible for payments made to any unauthorized account or individual claiming to represent the company.

9. Taxes & Charges

  • All applicable GST, TCS (where applicable), visa fees, permits, and government taxes shall be charged as per prevailing regulations unless expressly stated otherwise in the package.

10. Payment Receipt

  • Every successful payment will be acknowledged with an official receipt or booking confirmation from Gotrip Official.
  • Travellers are advised to retain all payment receipts and transaction records until the completion of their trip.
